Wow! I am utterly amazed at the speed with which Wilco's new album, Sky Blue Sky, is vacating our shelves here in Keene. We've got great news for all you die hard fans looking for the ultimate supplement to album # 7: The Alt/Country rockers will be appearing @ the Pines Theatre in Florence, MA on June 24. For those of you who just cant wait that long for the Wilco experience, be sure to pick up your copy of Sky Blue Sky before May 20th . The new disc includes a bonus Quicktime movie which will allow you to tap into live webcasts of their May 20th & 21st concerts in Shepherd's Bush, Eng. Cool, or what?
While I've got your attention, I'd like to add that Keene's own Port au Prince will be playing their very last show Tuesday, May 22nd. The boys from Armadillo's will be joined by Sisters and Brothers, and Kendra @ the Weathervane in Brattleboro. Hope to see you all there!
